Vidsta's most ambitious project to date: delivering live rolling coverage for 8 hours per day across multiple days at the southern hemisphere's largest agricultural event, featuring high-profile guests and reaching over 79,000 live viewers.
Beef Australia is the southern hemisphere's largest agricultural event, attracting industry leaders, politicians, and thousands of attendees. The event organizers wanted to create unprecedented live coverage that would bring the event to audiences nationwide and internationally.
The project required 8 hours of live rolling coverage per day for multiple days, coordinating interviews with high-profile guests including the Prime Minister, managing a crew of 25+ people, and delivering professional broadcast-quality content in a demanding live environment.

In 2024, Vidsta created Beef TV for the first time—a massive undertaking requiring meticulous planning, a large crew, and flawless execution under live conditions.

Lyndsey Douglas and Andrea Crothers co-produced all content and hosted the live coverage, proving absolutely crucial to the delivery of such an outstanding program.
Industry Recognition
In late 2024, Andrea Crothers was named a finalist in the Rural Journalism category for her exceptional work on the Beef2024 coverage.
With over 25 people on the ground for the entire week, Vidsta coordinated a complex production involving multiple camera operators, producers, technical crew, and support staff.

Beef TV featured interviews with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, the full suite of Australian and State politicians, celebrity chefs, industry celebrities, and general managers of some of Australia's largest companies and banks—delivering unparalleled access to the agricultural industry's most influential figures.
